Fees and Deadlines
Conference fee includes 2 days of sessions, materials, continental
breakfast (Fri/Sat), lunch (Fri/Sat), and pūpū reception (Sat).
Early Registration rates apply only to those registrations postmarked
with payment before April 1, 2007. Late registration rates apply
to those registrations postmarked between April 2, 2007 – April
15, 2007. After the late registration period please contact us by
phone or email to check on other registration options.

A limited number of scholarships are available for registration
